I am deeply grateful to the leaders I have reported to through the years that have helped develop my skills.  Also to my team members throughout the years who are the inspirations for much of the material on this site.  Thank you for listening to me pontificate and “go into professor mode” on more than one occasion.  I can only hope that I have assisted you in your individual journeys, and that you in turn assist those that come across your paths.
